America has spoken. The President has been re-elected. And he is thankful and grateful to everyone who helped in this endeavor. The fact that he took the time to visit the Obama headquarters in Chicago to offer a heartfelt and sincere thank you to the staff and volunteers speaks volumes about his character. His words of encouragement to these young people shows that he believes in them. He is the most powerful man in the United States and in the world, yet he felt it was his duty to let those who had his back know that he has theirs and he is humbled by this experience What a man, what a man, what a mighty good man!!

Remember when President Obama won the election in 2008? Remember the enthusiasm and overwhelming support for then-candidate Obama? Remember the immense national and global response from newspapers all over the world? Remember the sense of pride we felt that HOPE and CHANGE were on our horizon? Well, in case you forgot, below is a link to a site that captured pictures of front pages of local, national, and global newspapers the world over. Let this be a reminder of what we can achieve with the POWER OF OUR VOTES!!!
In 2008 the theme was “YES WE CAN“…and yes we did elect him. The theme in 2012 is “FORWARD“…and yes we can re-elect him to keep a progressive and positive momentum. Even if you have already voted, keep doing your part to spread the “get out and VOTE” message. We are 10 days away from making history again by re-electing our President to another term. Yes we can VOTE to keep it moving forward!!!
Former Secretary of State Colin Powell on Thursday endorsed President Barack Obama for reelection, arguing the president has improved the poor economy he inherited and sharply criticizing Mitt Romney’s foreign policy positions as a “moving target.”
“I voted for him in 2008, and I plan to stick with him in 2012,” Powell said of Obama on CBS’s “This Morning.” “I’ll be voting for he and for Vice President Joe Biden next month.” [READ MORE…]
The Secretary of State of Ohio is cutting back early voting hours in the three days before the election, in defiance of the Supreme Court’s order. This and **ALL** voter suppression efforts and intimidation tactics by the REPUBLICAN party are blatantly aimed at minorities, specifically the BLACK & LATINO/HISPANIC vote. They want to kick us to the curb and then wonder why they don’t get our votes. But at the same time, they recognize the POWER OF OUR VOTES and come up with all kinds of B***S*** tactics to try to shut us down. Do they have no shame? That was a rhetorical question because we all know the answer: Obviously not.
I wonder why the REPUBLICAN presidential and vice presidential candidates are not speaking up and speaking out about this INJUSTICE. Oh, my bad. They’re in on this conspiracy too. Why on earth would they DO THE RIGHT THING about something they hope will benefit them.
As I have stated previously, this is a CRUCIAL election. We have got to GO VOTE on November 6th. Let’s keep things moving FORWARD! I 100% wholeheartedly approve of this message.
~ REMEMBER THIS ~
“Bad politicians are sent to Washington by good people who don’t vote.” (William E. Simon)
Give me an O! Give me a B! Give me an A! Give me an M! Give me another A! What’s that spell? OBAMA! Louder!! OBAMA!!! (Channeling my days as a cheerleader!) Now go out and make your voice heard by VOTING for the President on Nov 6th or earlier if available in your state!! FORWARD >>> Here is a new campaign message narrated by Morgan Freeman.
Here is an animated video outlining why we REALLY need President Obama in the White House for four more years. We have come a long way FORWARD under his leadership and we cannot afford to go backwards.
I will be glad when this election cycle is over so that we as a country, along with President Obama, can keep it moving. I am so sick and tired of hearing all the lies and B***S*** from the republicans. I do not like that they are so disrespectful to our President. Let’s get this voting thing over with so we can shut them down with all their rhetoric and whining. Continue to be FIRED UP and READY TO GO vote on November 6th.

Special moments with our President! Whether chillin’ with his daughters, out on the campaign trail, attending to executive duties, or spending quiet time with the First Lady, our Prez is all about taking care of business and looking out for us. He has our back and we’ve got his.
Our President is the man with a plan to keep our country moving FORWARD. It is critical and important to vote for him on November 6th. Together, we can help him and our fellow citizens – ALL of our fellow citizens – continue down the path of economic recovery and renewed prosperity for our United States of America. I support our President and I approve of his message.
Keeping things moving FORWARD, I want to say how proud I am of the accomplishments President Obama and his administration have achieved thus far in his presidency. He is doing his best to make good on many of the promises/goals for the county that he laid out during his 2008 acceptance speech.
He will be the first to tell you that he is not completely satisfied with where we are. He has stated such. President Obama’s current campaign message, FORWARD, continues the momentum of HOPE and CHANGE and how far we have come since he took office. We all know that he inherited a hot mess left over from the previous administration. As President Clinton stated in his 2012 DNC speech:
“I like the argument for President Obama’s re-election a lot better. He inherited a deeply damaged economy, put a floor under the crash, began the long hard road to recovery, and laid the foundation for a modern, more well-balanced economy that will produce millions of good new jobs, vibrant new businesses, and lots of new wealth for the innovators … President Obama started with a much weaker economy than I did. No President – not me or any of my predecessors could have repaired all the damage in just four years. But conditions are improving and if you’ll renew the President’s contract you will feel it.”
We, the people, need to grant President Obama another term as POTUS so that he can continue to lead our country. He is a President for ALL the people, not some percentage of the population. He knows we still have much to do but he also reminds us of how far we have come.
“America, I never said this journey would be easy, and I won’t promise that now. Yes, our path is harder – but it leads to a better place. Yes our road is longer – but we travel it together. We don’t turn back. We leave no one behind. We pull each other up. We draw strength from our victories, and we learn from our mistakes, but we keep our eyes fixed on that distant horizon, knowing that Providence is with us, and that we are surely blessed to be citizens of the greatest nation on Earth.”
President Obama encourages and embraces ALL people. Our President reminds us that, “It will be a choice between two different paths for America. A choice between two fundamentally different visions for the future.” The choice truly is ours to make. We have a say in the direction our country takes by making our voices heard with our votes on November 6th. I choose to move FORWARD. Which way are you going/voting?
